The Finals are upon us! Weeks of preparation have gone into publicising this
tournament, from street art to “urban squash” demos, but now the
worlds elite will clash in the first PSA super-series competition of 2011.
Due to the withdrawal of Karim Darwish and subsequent introduction of Alister
Walker, the draw and schedule of play have been altered
again!
Today’s matches will be as follows:
Group A match – James Willstrop vs Alister Walker (17.30)
Group B match – Peter Barker vs Amr Shabanah (18.30)
Group A match – Ramy Ashour vs Thierry Lincou (19.30)
Group B match – Nick Matthew vs Wael El Hindi (20.30)
The stage is set (in fact, it’s being buffed and shined as we speak…) and the stadium has been inflated (yes that’s right, inflated).
